Prior to joining FWRG, Adam worked in international trade, finance, project management, and corporate branding. He transitioned into real estate because he enjoys building relationships with clients as they navigating the process of buying and selling properties. He loves the area, and he wants to share his passion for his hometown with clients as their trusted guide.
Adam grew up in Durham and attended Duke University where he received an undergraduate degree in Economics in 2002. In 2004, he followed a business opportunity and moved to China where he spent 12 years helping multiple companies establish operations and grow their sales both domestically and abroad. During his time in China, he learned Mandarin and also obtained an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Most recently, Adam worked at UBS Financial Services in personal finance. He obtained a Certificate in Financial Planning, passed the CFP® Exam, and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Adam and his family relocated back to The Triangle area in the summer of 2015. His wife and two sons now enjoy the fresh air and moderate traffic of this growing region. They do miss authentic Chinese food however, but they can still recommend a few suitable places in the area.
